This may be old news or no news. I have heard various rumors about Clifford. Is there anyone out there that has the straight stuff? I am just starting on my car and don't want to get caught without a source for manifolds. Is there any other sources or is Clifford it?

I'm not sure what rumors you are referring to but at our show, a beautiful Barricuda with a beautifully built slant (incuding Clifford headers & manifold) was not a happy camper and went as far as noting his displeasure on the car's display signage.

It's been several months since I had dealings with clifford performance....right after Jack passed away. Larry helped me with my problem and followed up. Service was slow. Anyway, he seemd to be a nice guy and said he knew they had some problems and said it would take several months to straighten things out.

I ordered a new Weber manifold for my /6 from Clifford. They had this manifold IN stock and still took 6 weeks before I had it. Nice manifold but it sure took it's sweet time reaching my home.

Dave,

So the service is still terrible?
Just so happens I had sent an E mail to Larry Millwee yesterday after my last post....His response came today. He said he's got control of the company and soon we should be seeing changes." new products like fuel injection and selflocking header bolts" he also said " that soon morning orders will be shiped the same day"
I surely hope so....they have a good line of straight six products ....I would like, also, to see some lower pricing.
