Car Model: 62 Valiant and 62 Lancer, both Swiss Made

A month ago, i bought a 1961 Valiant 4 door, assembled in Switzerland, with these wheel covers:

I have never seen such wheel covers before and i know, that the car was not originally equipped with these covers.

Does anyone know these wheel covers?
