My passenger side door hinge detent roller doesn't want to roll.

Awful noise (slightly less now, tried lubing).

Drivers door rolls like it should.

What the magic elixir that I can spray on it so it rolls?

Acts like it's rust welded to the shaft......

Keep hitting it with PB Blaster let it soak for a day or two and exercise it, then repeat. Sooner or later it will free up enough to move at which time give it a good flushing of the rust & crud, and a white grease lube should fix it.

Here in the Northeast this is a common problem. Not so bad these days as the new cars have much better door sealing.
