Hi Alanna, I would say let folks pick their own room locations, assuming we can do the group rate as in previous years. Let me know when you have that settled and then I can call and reserve the big room, or feel free to do that and give them my name and I will call and give them my credit card info. Best and thanks! Okay so I've been being a major slacker BUT I have the rates for Valley Forge. Base Rate is $54.99 (includes all taxes and fees)/night ($109.98 total for Friday and Saturday nights). Add $20 for a Jacuzzi OR Fireplace or $30 for both. The Banquet room will be $148/night. Someone will need to go ahead and book it pretty soon. Didn't know if anyone was planning on staying in the room or.... Just make sure and mention the slant six group for the discount. See ya'll in February |

I know I have school in VA coming up in Feb. I'm pretty sure it starts Monday the 16th which means as lock as Uncle Sam doesn't lock me down for the weekend then I should be able to attend this year. I'll know more once I get boots on ground in Feb. |

Gary Bruner called last night and said he was in Pigeon Forge yesterday and reserved his room. He said only a couple of people according to the desk clerk had reserved rooms in connection with the Slant Six group. The desk clerk said our group rate saves $15.00 per night. Be sure to mention it when renting your room. He said the banquet room had not been rented. It was still available so he booked it. Ron |

Saturday is the main day. Some folks will get together for breakfast, but most people will start to congregate mid-late morning in the big room and we'll all have lunch (banquet) together at noon and do awards and business after that (around 2). Hope to see you there! Lou |
