I’ll check with Angie... I want to make a serious push for her to go for Rookie of the Year next year. If she races again this weekend she will have to win several rounds to beat Isaiah... EDIT: Angie would love to race your truck again! She’ll just have to beat up on some folks is all.

Ok here is the latest update. Rob and Angie were on the way and had some problems and have turned around and headed home. She had planned to drive my truck both days so my truck is available to race. But I need to know ASAP. I am loading up as soon as I am done typing. Austin Houpt can't race Saturday so Ryan's truck is available for someone to race Saturday. I have sent many messages and made calls with no responses. I am sorry for the low car count but I'm not sure what to do. Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop as to where we are. Sorry to back out, but 2.5 hours into a 9.5 hour trip with an unknown RV and I had to call for roadside assistance because when the inside rear tire blew out I realized there was no jack. It also tore some wiring loose and completely ate the wheel well liner. The spare is the original with a 2002 date code. Never been on the ground, so it probably isn’t good for much distance. Angie and I decided we were trying to do too much and called Rick to back out of the race. We pulled into the Daniel Boone National Forest at the next exit East and will stay here tonight. Enjoy the race. I’m really sorry we are going to miss it. Please keep us updated.

Hope You make it back safe. Its on its side in this picture.. makes towing and camping difficult. 7 cars today.... (saturday) Track changed today's race to 1/8 mile. More to come soon Greg |

Way to go Rick! How is the weather? Did any of the Covalt trucks get driven? How’s the Bench Racin’? Did Ryan get the Valiant to set another record? Like maybe a 6.94 or quicker...?
