Hi any causes or issues to check- simple remedys? Front breaks and pads are fairly new...

Sometimes using the Disc Brake "Quiet" RTV between the piston and back the pad helps... sometimes the pad material causes it to squeal/'sing' and you have no choice...

If it occurs more when you are in a turn, it can be that the bearings are a little loose allowing the rotor to rub against one pad or the other when it is side loaded.
