I am thinking of buying some 14 x 7 steelies from wheel vintiques with extra backspace for my b body rear end. They told me that they don't make wheels specifically for mopa r and the hub is 3.25 inches to accommodate more brands. They said they're wheels are not concentric so it doesn't matter. Has anyone used wheel vintiques before and will this work?

Wheel vintiques Mopar steel wheels have correct center bore, but those are available only 15" diameter. Many aftermarket wheels have larger center bore, you need to use centering rings with them. Or not, carefully tighten nuts and you'll (probably) be fine. But it is better with centering rings.
