Hi everyone im sure this topic has been beaten like a dead horse. Im stuck on two slant 6 engines i have a 1984 slant 6 and a 1967 slant 6 i plan on turbocharging a slant 6 for my truck ill be pushing roughly 350 with the engine no more then 10 pounds of boost. If anyone could give me advice on what engine they would boost a cast crank or a forged crank engine. Thankyou

Either engine will work at that power/boost level. If you want ultimate durability, use the forged crank motor.

Don't forget the crank pocket changed size in the 67/68 time frame. If you have an auto trans, make sure the crank of the motor you end up using will fit on the snout of the torque converter.
