Yes, you can angle grind the hole openings. If you are a shade-tree-wing-it guy like Meril and I then you just imagine that the bolts will bend slightly (only 1 degree for a 0.100" angle mill offset) when you tighten them down and just go for it. I have had no problems and have had these heads on and off many times with the same bolts.

Hi Lou, I came here trying to find info about angle milling the head and head Bolt clearence.

If I understand right you angle milled your head with a 0,100" difference between the intake SIDE (taller SIDE) and spark plug SIDE (Power SIDE). After doing this you we're still able to bolt the head trough the STD Bolt holes in the heads without any additional mods?

I'm planning on a 1,5mm (0,60") angle milling and I was worried about my ARP head studs not going trough the heads bolts holes. This Will be a 12-12,5:1 SCR motor fwiw.

I see no problem there. 0.060" is not much. Yes, I did as you said.
