That sounds like the plate I have... made by Cecil Yother.
It has a 3.5 bore size.

I also have a 'home made' plate with a 3.445 bore.
That plate is actually the sawed-off top deck of an old engine block, with drilled-out head bolt holes.

The Slant guys definitely do a lot more involved racing than other inliners are doing. So that's why I am asking. Mine will be much cheaper than a store bought one and can accommodate what ever bore size you need as well as 1/2" head bolt conversions, which for that you will definitely need a torque plate to compensate for the extra stressing of the deck and cylinders when its bored.
