It's got two bungs/ports which seemed to have two lines going into one and the other had a single line.

Any help appreciated. I'll be putting the BBD I bought from Dan onto the manifold.
The lazy man within me says just plug them and move on~ :-0)~

One is an air charge temp sensor fitting, the other is the vacuum tree fitting. If you have no vacuum operated accessories, you can just plug them both.
