Hmm dont know wich section this one should be in .., I got a Project Aspen - 79 Super six waiting for a tuneup but cant seam to find any carb - manifold kit that is Fully compatible with an automatic transmision (904).

I´ve been looking at the Hyperpack thou nothing is mentioned anywhere about it. And the Dual webber, Anyone out there got it with a A-T?

Read here in the forums and articles that the A-T is complicated when trying to custom ...

Anyone have any Ideas on what to do , Should i sell the A-T and find a Manual one instead or just leave the A-T and just fix the carb and stick with original , , , ???

At the moment with current combination there couldent be more then 60-85 hp in the engien at top 70 , I´d like to get at least the 100 out of it thou more would only be even more of a beast.

If you top out at 70 something isn't right, my stock 71 duster with a 1 barrel 1920 and 2.76 gears hit 90mph and kept on going and had more potential but I backed off. Do you have lean burn and cats on that car?

The only complications with an automatic tranny for custom intake setups is the kickdown linkage, and that is easily taken care of with a Lokar kickdown cable that is made for the 904 and 727's.

Carb rebuild kits should be readily availible. That 2 barrel supersix style carb was also used on 318's with different jets, I believe.
