With 10.3 to 1 compression I have had good luck with a Racer Brown ST22 which has 242 degrees duration at .050 and .339" lift at the cam, nominally .509 lift. the lobe separation angle is 106. More duration will make more power at a higher RPM while decreasing low end power. This is fine with a stick but you will need an 8" converter to get the most out of a longer duration cam with an automatic.
