Will any small block clutch inspection/dust cover fit the OD bell housing to slant six? I think that is the last part that I need for the trans swap and I am looking for options.

No it's slant six only for A-833. The LA engine uses a 130 tooth flywheel and a 10 1/2" clutch so it's too wide.
If it was a B/RB bell it would be similar to the slant six NP-435 bell.

What is B/RB mean? Sorry

I can't add anything about the inspection cover, but the B/RB that DI mentioned refers to the 2 varieties of "big block" Chrysler v-8's.

B= the shorter block 350, 361, almost all 383's, 400
RB= the raised block 413, 426, 440
