any body ever try useing efi off a 2.5 sebring motor to a /6?? will the computer reprogram?? or is this not a good idea? gotta 2000 seabring to get erry thing off of if its doabile! thanks for any info on this...DWB

If it's a V engine it may not work (some of Chryslers late V's were odd fire...so that won't jive with the even fire slant six engine cycle).
The injectors might also be a bit small for the 3.7L engine... other issues you would run into if it worked would be installing the crank trigger,
having all the sensors the late engine would be looking for, new fuel rail and manifold modification, etc...

It's just easier to start from scratch and use the Megasquirt setup....it's not quite like robbing the Carb off a ford and making it work on your
mopar...

fixin to junk out a sebring that jumped timing, hate to haul of parts if thay could be used! how bout fuel tank and pump and fuel lines??? how you figure out how much flow and pressure on on a factory pump?

47 to 51 lbs with regulator with pump in tank for a returnless system with one fuel line to efi system...think this would work well with a gm tpi conversion or fi tech/sniper deal or am i missing something?

Successful efi systems are built by good planning followed by components that will fit the plan.

A gm TPI system will not adapt to a slant.

A GM TBI system can adapt to a slant but will need a return fuel system likely with an external pump.

<just because you have parts doesn t mean you should use them>
