Self tuning, no lap-top required.....anyone tried this on the venerable leaning tower?
Have a hyper-pak (Clifford) mani on my '68 Valiant with 390 cfm Holley 4150HP series. 230 @ .50 cam, 9.4:1 comp, roller rockers, nicely ported head, Clifford headers, dual 2.25" exhaust (kissed together 2' off collectors). Goes like a stabbed rat! But at 11mpg i wonder if the addition of the FAST injection and the subtraction of the Holley might.....just gain some mpg and free a few Hp.
Thoughts?

4150HP is the problem...back it off to a 4150 vacc. secondary model (0-8007 with secondary metering block and change the secondary spring to purple)...

With a cam with 230@.050...I'd have shot for a CR of 10:1...you left some VE on the table.

Much obliged Duster!
Realising the DP is a poor choice for all but WOT applications....can lay hands on 650 vac sec will give it a blast.
But back to my original question....anyone heard/seen/tried FAST injection on the slantage?

No one that I know of a slant being run yet on EZ EFI.

The 650 will only provide better ET than the 390 but will not get your mileage back because the plates/venturies and jets are bigger in the primaries...

This is how my Hyperpaked duster would perform:

390 cfm Holley 8007 14-15 city 21-24 highway 16.5-16.7 1/4ET
600 cfm Holley 80457 annular boosters 10-11 city, 13 mixed driving/highway (that's with a black spring in the secondaries-so 95% of the time the secondaries are closed)

TBI will be tighter on fuel control but unless the throttle body is small I don't think it will get any thing more than a smidge more performance than the bigger carbed.
