On the back of the instrument cluster circuit board. for ease of access, you will have to drop your steering column and then pull the cluster to access it. |

1973 Dodge Dart... The IVR is right up against the column and pedal support bracket... if he has large hands, it's easier to pull the instrument panel to get it out... given he has had some issue with the gauges... he should look to see if the copper circuit traces on the board are still intact and not rusted/broken. |
