1975 dart sport. I have no brake lights. Have power at the foot pedal switch, but still no lights. Any ideas? Could this be a problem with the infamous bulkhead plugs? HELP!

Could be, but do you have both, power in, and out, of the switch?

Checked the bulbs? Might be that both are blown for some reason.

Another problem area is the turn signal switch. The brake lights go through that.

This summer, I had a problem with my stop lamp switch. The switch mechanism had come apart so the push rod had pulled out of the contact head. I put it back together with crazy glue and is again working properly.

Thanks for all the great tips. Turned out to be the turn signal switch. I managed to clean it up and get the brake lights working. I’ll order a new switch as soon as I can find one. :D
