I got a 65 Cuda instrument cluster that I would like to test the fuel & temp, amp gauges. Can I use a multimeter? Having a hard time finding anything, just using a multimeter. I know I can't test gauge accuracy with it. Thanks in advance!

You'll need resistors to check the gauges. Connect the resistor with alligator clips to the pin that goes to the sending unit in the wiring, and to your ground source. 73 ohms should be the bottom of the range and 10 ohms at the top.

Thanks....I did some research a couple weeks ago and figured out how to use the multimeter and then perform a separate test using AA batteries.
