Does anyone know this slant?

Image

I spotted the picture on a friends photobucket and asked him if he knew anything about it. All he knew was "Mopars in the Park show last weekend in Farmington Minnesota".
It looks like a decent setup if it works well. The air filter looks like it might be collapsing under vacuum, or it just got squished.
I was also wondering what the small belt driven pump might be at the top of the accessory drive. At first I thought it might be an electric water pump drive but I don't think so.
I just thought there might be an interest here.

Just from this angle, the belt from the crank to the alternator looks like it has a downward angle to it so it probably is only serving the alternator. I know one racer that uses a blower motor out of the stock heater box to drive his water pump like this. The only other option would be a remote oil pump?

FYI.

That looks like the Nitti Duster. I believe the car has been featured in some Mopar magazines. He was in Vegas a few years back, nice guy. While in Vegas it ran against Marks car. I got to watch 2 of the fastest slant cars from the staging lines, right before I got to run down the track with one of the slowest cars. I think they were about 10 seconds faster then me...

I thought that intake setup looked familiar. As I recall it has a welded/ offset ground crank & a bunch more work to get into the high 10's.
