Sorry,

Can't say that I ever have.

When are they held?
I usually go to Pittsburgh Raceway Park - It's about 20min from my house.

If I break somethin, I can Make it home and grab the trailer and be home before 1.

Are you located Near Zele??

Just got back from the Columbus Race, and I did not win any rounds, But I am pleased with the cars' performance.

My best time was a 15.285

The long hours of winter wrenching paid off.
After the big Clutch explosion I upgraded a few things.
- Added 1.6 Roller Rockers
- Had The Dutra HyperPak Intake ExtrudeHoned Info Here
- Swapped the 4 speed with 4th Gear being 1:1 for an o/d unit where 3rd is 1:1

I will be going back to the Four speed Box for the pittsburgh Race - Hope it gets into the High 14's

See you at Pittsburgh or Carlisle!
Greg

Congrats on the performance, Greg. Hope I get to see you take some passes at Pittsburgh. I am about to get my 64 Dart back on the road with improved engine.

Thanks Slantzilla,

I will be driving to carlisle this weekend with the 4.10 rear chunk and the .73 overdrive which yields a 2.99 Final drive ratio.

I will post Mpg Stats after the trip.

When I return home I will pull the 833 OD for the 833 Four speed with 1:1 Top cog.

I went to test n tune last week, but I had some voltage regulator and alternator problems so No real Runs were made.

I hope to be in the 14's with my 833 Four speed 1:1 Box.

This is with a full interior etc!.

Thanks, Greg

Bummer! :(

What's with all the electrical problems. Cox, You, and I swear that the problems with the aspen are electrical as well. Something was in the air out in columbus doing bad things.

Sounds like you've got a lot to do. Have a great time at carlisle, but again, this year I won't be able to make it. Instead of 1 car, I've got 3 to prepare for racing this month and time is running out.

14's will be wild! Your car looked great at columbus. None of the other slant six race cars I've seen in person are as fit to show.

Well Came Back form carlisle and With the O/D and 4.10's I got 21 MPG with the HyperPak Intake. That's averaging 70 Mph.

Well I will be removing said Overdrive and Reinstalling the four speed 833 with 1:1 Top Gear.

I also won an award with the car, A celeberity Pick.

It was a fun time. See you at Pittsbugh Chrysler classic.

After the Pittsburgh Race I got to complete 7 runs.

The Quickest time was a 15.06 With the 4 speed 1:1 4th gear box.

That time happened in round 1 of eliminations when I dialed in a 15.09 - My competior and I both broke out, but I broke out by .003 Less - Close one there.

I Went out in round 2 with a 15.31 on a 14.99 with a .2xx light.

Thanks 'zilla!

Its' doing good. and the Ron Parker school of roller rocker Terminology is correct - it'll get'cha .2 on the track.

I might go to a test and tune and try some jetting changes to see if I can get a bit more top end.

I have changed to 1.6 roller rockers and am still using the same jetting config as the 1.5 rockers.

Changes at this point are more benificial in minute increments to preserve conisensity.

Well I tried some Jetting changes And I will need more extensive Testing with Jetting Changes, But I did Put up a 15.05 Which is.001 Faster than previous Best Time of 15.06

Traction is now starting to be a problem, as I was spinning Tire more than usual during this test and tune.

I could blame the track, as many others were complaning about the 60' Times and Bad reactions due to track conditions.

Ron,

Yes The Blue ones in the Picture are the 1.6's I lke them except for 2 things.

1. The rocke shaft they come on is flimiser than the stock one, so when I tried to torque the shaft bolts down to spec, it squashed the rocker shaft just enough to cause the shaft to "fatten out" prevent free movement of the arms. I just torqued a bit less and used plenty of thread locker.

2. I fabbed up a spray bar to oil the valve tips due to the excessive amout of street driving i do with the car too. The arms tend to not oil the valves as much as stock, which is fine for a racer, but questionable for a streeter.

I got them Second hand, but they were originally bought from Either Rocker Arm Specalities, (I have no info for them, Probably google them for info)
or Cox Brothers.

Here is their info, ask for Jim, and tell him I sent you.
