Thanks Mater! Do you have an air compressor at the shop? May be able to borrow Kenny's shears.

I've got a compressor.

Bring shears, money and band-aids!

All you should need to to remove the quarters is a fire axe!

I can do that.

I've got a sawzall, cut off wheel, hacksaw, hammer & chisel, fire axe, several other methods,... don't matter to me.

I'd come down and get some stuff, but I don't have a truck anymore.

I s'pose I shouldn't even ask about the Turd, huh? :(

What parts do you want/need?

I'm still undecided about what to keep for the other Duster projects (yours and/or Stella  ),... So let me know before I have another one of my "episodes" and haul it all off!

Not real sure you have anything else I need. Lots of stuff I want, but I have to quit collecting stuff for my estate sale.

Got one more thing to try on the Turd before I break down and pull the tank.

All I need is time. Got any of that laying around?

Definitely no time laying around here.

Especially with this new job! A 12 hour day is a short one. :(

Cookie says he doesn't want these quarters now because they have a little surface rust on 'em.

I'll start yanking parts off soon. I grabbed the hood hinges and vinyl top trim today. I didn't feel adventurous enough for anything else yet.

If anyone wants/needs any parts off this thing, now is the time to speak up!

I'm not sure if trying to pull the glass out for the other Duster is going to be worth the hassle or not...

This one here's for sale too. It's got most of a 10 point cage installed, mini tubbed, set up for ladder bars (included with 8 3/4). I put the purple doors from Howard Davis on it and Mike and I shot it with primer. $2,500

Well, as far as I know, the Ruster has a brudder. At least there was another Duster on Rob's trailer heading home when last I saw him and Wookie.

I took the ChumpCar Duster back off the dolly and put it back up on blocks this weekend.

If there isn't any interest in it by the weekend I'll go ahead and yank some more parts off and haul that nice roll bar and what's left after I'm done yanking parts to the metal recycler. :(

I yanked all of the wiring and under dash stuff out this evening. Still trying to decide if it's worth the effort to try and save the glass for the '76 Duster... :?

That chromoly roll bar is so nice... It seems like such a shame to scrap it... :(

I wrestled with that stuck upper control arm for longer than I care to admit today...

But I got it off!

(Good thing I wasn't trying to save that front frame rail...

Cookie and Rob Venable were kind enough to move things around for me after Clay City and load the Street/Ruster/ChumpCar Duster carcass onto the car trailer.

I still need to pull the windshields, dashboard, quarter panels and maybe the subframe connectors. Then it's off to the metal recyclers where it belongs. Should have just junked it when I first found that rusty frame rail...
