just started a new base pan for drag car, after 5 blown head gaskets last year the old one is blown out like a ballon, i shorten it by 1in length and 1in height so i can run 8qt instead of 10qt, have to finish weld and swing door.

Now thats an oil pan....

Is this for the car with the Kcar front end?

I like the term "base pan"....must be newf....like "battleship" for intake manifold.
