Hey guys, It has been a long time since I posted anything. I am currently trying to rebuild a np 230 behind a 318 and going to stuff it all in a '50 dodge club coupe. I have called all my local suppliers, internet suppliers. Seems to me the parts for this thing are made of unubtainum! Doug, somebody help! I am looking for 80mm bearings, small parts kit, blocking rings and synchro hub and ring assemblys.

Bearings and some seals you will have to individually source from various vendors (Federal, National Seal, Timken, etc...)... I know one of our local transmission shops here in Salem had rebuilt one for a member a decade and change back and the shop owner had to source the parts per above and get a few others from some of his mom and pop vendors... Luckily some of the items are somewhat common (the Input Shaft bearing is a 307-L like the early A-833's).... You might also see if Brewer's Performance can help, they mostly do 4 speed stuff but I'm sure they have had some calls about 3 speeds...

That's the sad part about 3 speed manuals most got dumped when an A-833 4 speed could be plugged in behind the engine at junkyard prices back in the day...
