need to pull the tranny and bell housing to get to the throw out bearing on the a833 / 83' D150

from the folks that have done this

is it easiest to pull the tranny and bell housing as one unit or is it more manageable to pull the tranny and then go back and get the bell?

and, same question on the re install,, put em back as two separates or as one unit?

I am doing this task with the truck up on jack stands,

thanks

I always pulled my A833s before the bell housing. The trans is plenty big and heavy all by itself.
