Has anyone with bucket seats found a later model (any company) or aftermarket center console that fits a 67-76 dodge dart? I'm thinking of one with an arm rest, cup holders, that sort of center console.

I'm working on installing my Sebring seats (I'll post on that separately) but I'm wondering what console might work there and if anyone has experience with aftermarket or non-oem center consoles in a dart.

Brian

Wrecking yard of your choice. It will need to be a narrow console, then you get to be creative with attachments & carpet sides / upholstery. We put a console (and seats front & rear) from a 1993 Cougar (same as Mustang) into our 1975 Swinger. Lots of creativity was needed, as nothing fit exactly. Where the floor shift lever was, we cut off the bottom of a black plastic anti-freeze can and attached it to the underside of the console to be a catch-all junk bin. It's definitely DIY. Good luck.

Thanks, yes, it'll have to be narrow for sure, those Sebring seats are pretty wide. I wish they had made the passenger floor pan as wide as the driver side...

I've got a pair of 80's Turismo seats in my '68, and the driver's is electric. They are a little narrower than the factory buckets, so will give you a little working room for the console.

I've got the Sebring seats fitted. It took a lot of fabrication and measuring, but they fit fine. Good to know about the Turismo seats though, nice data point for anyone doing buckets. My Sebring seats are power driver side as well. I'll post some pics after I've finished. I've been working steady on this for 4 days, but I'm in the home stretch now.

I have seen a second gen Neon console in a Duster that looked really good like it belonged there.
