Car Model: 1963 Dodge Dart GT
I am trying to find which carburetor is the most trusted for a 1963 Dodge Dart GT 225. I currently have a cracked Holley 1920 with vacuum leaks from every gasket and opening. There is no more hope for that carb. I'm looking for advice on which carburetor is the best without any major modifications. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. I heard the 1945 is a good choice. Just want to know if there are any better reconmendations.

The 1945 is not near the top of the list of choices, for reasons including linkage adaptation difficulty. At this late date, the hard part isn't picking out which brand of carburetor to get, it's finding a good one (of any brand). "Remanufactured" carburetors are usually junk, and new ones have grown very scarce.
