Is anyone running the bigger Dutra manifold on the track? Just want to know if anyone has an experience and any performance numbers.

There are only a few, I ran one for one season before selling it due to life changes. It ran very well on a race only engine, kept the low end torque enough to wither a Stage 4 solid hub puck clutch...put my duster into the 15's (almost a full second drop from previous configurations).

The runners are almost a 1/4" wider in both directions than the Clifford H-Pak and comparable to the shortly clifford.

Sounds like an awesome intake!

How many Fat Pak intakes were produced?

I bet Stan is working on getting his wagon ready for the MoPars Invade Mo-Kan Slant Six Spring Nationals 2017.

Thanks for the posts fellas.
I just am thinking about a few combinations and I know nothing about the fat pak. I do know you can't go much wider on a slant port, but you can go higher so if a fat pak is all around bigger, that might not port match real well. But I am no expert. Just thinking.

My Colt will start with a Clifford Weber intake first. No scoop so I don't think I can make a ram intake work with the flat hood.

As far as me, here is the info. The year of the Norton motorcycle draws to a close and it is almost done. Only about 10% left to go.

So now it's back to the wagon a hard as I can. And my Hyper Pak stuff has found it's last home for as long as I own the wagon....

Some of you know I went to Ohio a few weeks ago to look at a 71 Colt drag car. Took a trailer and cash as I was going to buy it and get racing. Well 2400 mile round trip but it wasn't to be. The car was as advertised but it had too many things I would have had to undo and since I have my Colt here I decided to not buy the car. So while I work on the wagon, I will be ordering the frame kit, the four link and the struts to build the car I have wanted for years. Cool thing on the Ohio Colt, I never told the owner what engine I was going to run. While we were talking, he asked me. Before I answered he talked about meeting the Cox brothers at the track and what a cool thing that was. When I looked at him, he said, SOB, you are going to run a slant!

So Mark I will try hard to be ready and Rob, get your butt back to the USA get your stuff going.

Happy New Year guy and gals.

I had no problem hogging the living crap out of the ports in a 1975-1979 "447" head and it port matched fine (pretty much the max of the remflex gasket)... don't think it will work well with any other intakes now since the runner ports would be smaller....LOL...

I have to agree, my battle buddy needs to get back here and get his six in order...

I will find out in a few weeks what next adventure the Army has planned for me.
I turned in my wish list about a month ago.
I really do miss being around my Slanted Family! :D

Stan, our tastes in vehicles are so similar! I fell in love with your Notchback in 1991 and have wanted one ever since, I love Colts and had one for awhile (not nearly as exciting as your project, but I did have one  )... And,... I am looking for a Toad Wagon to drive to races (possibly towing an interesting little project... )
We must be Brothers from Another Mother!

JBLM is on my wish list Battle Buddy.

Oh yeah,.... That Fat Pak somehow found its way to me! :D
