Howdy,

Your last two PMs just have the picture & notes of the pans I have, but no message. Perhaps the site's having a bit of trouble.
I'm at 323-2560857 if it continues to be a problem.

Dick.

Howdy, Lecawinger,

My last PM to you's still in "Outbox", so I'll copy it here for you.

The factory "Super Six" is a BBD mounted with the two barrels in line laterally across the engine bay, or 90* to the engine.

The "sideways" ones're usually BBS manifolds modified to mount a BBD with the two barrels in line longitudinally, or parallel with the engine. This requires some mods to the linkage. There're several posts on the mods needed here on the site.

I'm asking $50.00 for the sideways modified manifold, and $150.00 for the complete factory set. The modified manifold would likely need custom throttle linkage, and the factory set would still need kick down linkage added if you're running an automatic. Depends on what linkages you presently have.

I'm in North Highland Park, close to the Rose Bowl, so within fairly easy driving distance for either of us.

Hello,

Would you happen to have a usable rt side lower control arm for a 1975 Dart?

Regards,

Dave

Those axles that you re-lugged to 5 x 4.5"... are those for an 8.75" A-body rear?

All the 904s look like slant 6 units, but do any of them have V8 guts? I'm looking for some V8 clutch drums (and planetaries, if they fit an early cable-shift case) to go into a spare transmission I'm building up.

Sorry, the re-lugged axles were for the 7.25" in the 'Brick back when she was the Barn Job, and the 904s were stock. Most of the stuff out on the grass went to the curb last week anyway.

The only 904 with V8 guts I have is the push button that was in El toad, and is going into my roadster.

I have a bunch of non-stock & custom things I'll post up an a couple weeks, but no more trannies.

PMs stay in your outbox until read by the recipient.

I have a 1972 Valiant with 225, it developed stalling after warm up issues, I tried to remove the choke thermostat and broke the mounting bolts.
We have found and been shipped the thermostat, choke well cup and gasket, and really want to replace the manifold itself as it may be cracked.
We are looking for that "manifold with a hole in it", but have only seen a questionable one so far on ebay.
From the look, you have several?
I'm definitely interested in the one ( or two?)you have that is in best condition!

I'm interested in an electronic distributor with vacuum advance if you have one. Looking to convert my 82 truck lean burn over. Also need any other parts you might have to help with the conversion. Also, is the Super Six sold? Did you have the intake/exhaust and carbs for it? My wife is in Calif now not far from you for a few more days. Maybe she can it back with her! Thanks.
