I just heard from Dallas. KD has offered us the 3rd snd 4th of September for a 2 day event. Is this agreeable to the collective?

I probably couldn't make it, any way, but won't it be probamatic to have This race and Clay city, on consecutive weekends?

Yes Perfect for me as It allows for a bit of travel to / from.

I just talked to Sandy at Farmington. She remembered us and said she would see where she could best fit us in.

10-11 June looks to be the most likely right now. More to follow.

Rob, Brian, and I had a long conversation this weekend about the races this year. In order to maintain attendance and interest, we think we should have only one race in mid summer in the NC/VA area. Rob and Brian prefer Farmington, and I agree. It also seems like July might be better for a race there. Rob will be checking into July dates.

I have edited the post at the top of this thread to remove VA race and modify the proposed Farmington date. Greg, I hope it is OK I made a few other edits for content and format...

Additional thoughts?
