We tried the Pro Shop route, a 10% discount, and settled with their beat a price guarantee. What really surprized me was that Jim and Stan beat prices on two products that were not advertised on line but I had obtained over the phone. They kind of bent the rules on that one!

Stan recently e-mailed me and told me the slanters he talked to were very knowledgable and had some good stories about their rides. Stan also said he would like to work with us on group buys in the future.

Summit claims to have great customer service. I think Jim and Stan were great proof of that.
