Does anyone have a part number for the rear axle brake line tee fitting for an 8-3/4"? I'm having trouble turning up anything relevant with my searches. My 8-3/4" axle housing didn't come with hard brake lines or the driver's side tee fitting installed. The threaded hole for the fitting is there; fine thread, maybe 3/8".

For reference, the later 8-1/4" that's in the car right now has a combination tee fitting with a bolt that also serves as an axle vent. I want to say my old 7-1/4" was the same way, but I'm not sure.

Ummm... on the late cars, the "tee" is part of the rear axle brake hose assembly ($15-23 part)...especially on the A-body 8 1/4"...similar to Raybestos BH36648... the hard lines can also be gotten from
one of the vendors that sells brake line kits. The vent bolt on a late 8 1/4" is kind of over kill as they have a tube that comes out the housing and goes to a flared out opening on one side
of the housing or the other...

Good Luck...

Ah, I see. The fitting on the car right now is so caked in grime I couldn't tell the tee was part of the hose. I guess it's been a few years since I did this rear axle conversion...

I just need to make sure I order the right length rear line, then. The missing vent bolt is available at Dr. Diff and plenty of other places. Thanks!
