So I got the engine idling. It ran for about ten mins when I noticed that the push rods for the first cylinder were barely spinning. Should I replace the lifters and push rods or is it too late for new lifters? Did I wreck my cam?
Thank you

Turning slowly or not at all? If they're just turning slowly I wouldn't be too concerned.

At first it was slowly and it was only the #1 intake but then the #1 exaust started doing it too. As it continued they seems to spinless and less. I didn't notice oil trickling down those 2 push rods like the others either. Could it possibly be an oiling problem?

Slow spinning is OK... no spinning, you should swap in another lifter. (if possible)
Break-in the engine and do a final valve clearance adjustment and write down the settings, then re-check clearance at the first oil change.

When you say setting are you just referring to the valve clearance? Am I trying to see If there is a change from break in to first oil change?
Thank you

Yes, make note of the valve clearance, ("settings") usually .010 intake and .020 exhaust on a stock cam.
You may see a .001 or .002 change as everything breaks-in.
If the clearances change a lot more then that, start looking for the problem.

Ok will do. I fired it up again and both the rods started spinning just slowly. I finished the cam break in but at the 20 min mark the engine reved up and then died. I set the lash again now that the motor was hot. Started it to idle and I'm getting a knocking and rough idle. It's and Rv10 or OCG #2106 the cam card said to set to .015 for exhaust and intake. Could the valve lash be off?
