WOW, that is a serious crack, I wonder what caused that?
Could you see any other damage, like a frozen water cracks?

Yikes. Might still be able to sleeve it... BTW, Will Burns got an alum engine from me that had multiple cylinders that looked like that and he said he could fix it.

Please take the head gasket off and show us how does the the aluminum cast be around that much cracked sleeve? Hard to believe the cast iron can expand that much without damaging the thin alloy cast.
