: 23 cars for 1st round practice. Beautiful
: sunny weather with temps around 100 and
: about 90+ humidity. Brett showed up with
: Mark Goodmans car and was running 10.80's.

: 10.80's. Charles Myers had some handling
: problems but seem to have them fixed late
: Sat. The fast four consisted of Cox car,
: Goodman car, Jefferies and Myers. Will Burns
: had an oil pump problem I believe and
: Leighton Drake had transmission problems. We
: left Saturday night to tow back so I am not
: sure who won regular race or Fast four. I
: will zip up the pictures I took and email
: them to Doug so that when he gets home he
: can post them for you guys. Both Cox car and
: Drake car won Top Ten best appearing race
: car. Ron Hamby went out in the second round
: of /6 race but was still in regular race in

: weekend. If I remember right (heat was
: melting my brain), Dale Rose in his Arrow
: won the Slant Six race, and Myers won the

: grab a new one. It ran really slow, which I
