After searching the web for possible 5 or 6 speed conversions I found an old thread on this site and went to Dellow conversions. It seems they may still produce a cast iron bell for a slant to a Supra 5 speed. It is on back order but the idea of a right hand drive bell seems awesome to me. With a hydraulic clutch on the right side it would leave plenty of room for exhaust on a normally cramped left side.
$750 Aussie is still pricey at about $600 US and shipping would probably get it back to $750 but they look like a nice stock looking bell that to me looks like there is plenty of machined material to drill for other transmissions without an adapter. That’s all conjecture without having an actual bell in hand.

Let us know how it shakes out.

What is the transmission code for the supra?

They list 2 different parts.
One for the Celica with a W-50 transmission
One for the Supra W55-58 transmission
My understanding is the Supra transmission is all aluminum and the Celica main body is cast iron.
These transmissions seem to be good to 300hp.
Not sure of torque ratings. More research is needed.
They don’t look as high as T-5 transmissions either, so they may be less intrusive to the floors.
The main thing I like the idea of, is moving the clutch fork to the other side.
