: Just checked with a dealer for replacement
: torsion bars for my 1980 Dodge Aspen and I
: was told they have been discontinued. The
: bars on this car are transverse mounted and
: positively locate the lower control arm the
: way strut rods did with the longitudinal bar
: setup. The torsion bar to lower control arm
: bushings are available, but not the pivot
: cushion bushings. It is on national
: backorder, but may or may not become
: available. So to eliminate excess lower
: control arm play, I either need the
: replacement bars with the bushings or
: someone who makes the pivot cushion
: bushings. Can anyone help?
