Car Model: 1973 dodge dart swinger
my cowl does not come off !!! what now ?? & it is a AC car.. i need to repair my linkage.. any easy way to do this ??? any ideas ? i went to get a sticker but could not because my wipers did not work, motor is fine but the linkage came apart.. all help, ideas is greatly apprenciated.. Paul 73 DDSwinger o ya is there any complete bushings repair kits out there.. ty

Assuming this is a 73 A-body, the linkage is all under the dash. Best to get real MOPAR bushings because the parts store ones don't last long. Last I bought the Ma Mopar ones they are the real thing.

If you have Factory A/C in a '73 A body it is quite possible that all of the HVAC needs to be disconnected with the Freon Evacuated / Discharged and then removed to access the linkage inside the Cowl area under the windshield.

thank you for your advice.. right now i bandaged it so as to get my sticker, which did work, so i got my sticker & bought a year time to fix it right. tough job to get at.. but i will tackel the job this winter.. Mopar parts sounds good to me.. thanks again.. looks just like yours Greg.. only i do have AC.. ttul
