The resistor for the 3 wire left Fender turn signal indicator is bad on my 75 valiant. I took it in to a shop, and they lost the resistor. HELP! What do I need?

Edit: the 75 had what was called the Pacer fuel management system, which illuminated the same bulb. It was working when I took it in

Well, you need to tell the shop that they need to fix their screwup. That means they're going to need to spend the time and effort to figure out just what kind of resistor they lost and where to get a replacement.

While that may be true, that's not the situation I am in

If they can't or won't clean up after their own mess and you have to wipe their butt for them, then get readin'; here are two items to get you started. There's no resistor in the system, but a diode. That makes sense, because a diode would allow the one light to do two functions, while a resistor would not. Shouldn't be hard to reckon out the specs on an off-the-shelf diode, based on a 3-watt bulb and 14-volt electrical system.

How many years was the fuel pacer system available for?
We had a few 75 -79 mopars that came through Dad's shop and I remember a few cars having the system.
Just wonder what year it went out?

Seems like you needed to also have the light package or at least the fender mounted turn signals with the fuel pacer option.

'75-'79 seems like a solid guess to me; that's what I'd guess.
