2) the same question would apply on on exhaust cycle scavenging.

with a pressureized induction ,any theoretical advantage to using a hyper pac or aussie speed intake or a tuned exhaust header,, ?

1. Yes, but the speed of sound is higher at higher pressures.
2. How much do you want to talk about pressure wave tuning and what happens during overlap? Are you relying on a negative pressure wave from the exhaust to start the intake flow? Do you have exhaust back pressure due to a restrictive exhaust turbine?

Good manifolds are still important. The physics don't change, but the values in the equations do. Needless to say, it's complicated.
