A 1920 holley will hardly keep up with a mild unturboed build.

I can think of a number of cams better suited to a turbo setup than a comp 264 ......the first one that comes to mind is a stock cam.

Just put your turbo and 1920 on some old stock beater motor......when it leans out an burns up you will be out nothing and have learned lots.

Yeah, I know the diff won't last long, but whateverrrrr, when it blows it blows. How did you have yours welded? I weld a plate in between the gears and weld the gears. My friend has been running a diff I welded for him in his daily driver/drift beater for just over 2 years and he clutch kicks at like 5500 rpm +... haha

And I know I'll learn my lesson, but that's the whole point. I just want to see what capabilites it has considering it doesn't seem like anyone on here has tried it. I plan on using the 350 holley for the full build. Just trying the 1 barrel for $#!+.

I changed the exhaust on my stock 1bbl 225 and had issues getting this 1920 back into tune, and it was freshly rebuilt with a good kit. :x

How is a 1920 tunable....? You can change ONE jet. You can bend the float up or down. There may possibly be 2 or 3 different needle and seat types but how wouldnit make any difference?

I dont know very much at all about boost but I do know that 1920s are paper weights for anything slightly over stock...

Some guys run em on slightly built motors for economy but thats different.

Just my 2c, good luck with whichever you decide!
