One thing I noticed on the dyno is that I get a lot of oil blown out the dipstick tube under boost. Has anyone ever modified the dip stick with some sort of retainer to hold it in place when crankcase pressure goes up?

I've used a piece of fuel line pushed over the tube. It's not a positive lock, but it helps. There's not much surface area for the pressure to act on so not much force.

Why do you think the crankcase pressure isn't going out the breather?

It's definitely going out the breather too, but the dipstick tube had been pushed upward noticably on the dyno pulls. Fuel line sounds like a good option for now - thanks for the suggestion.

buy one from a wrecker off of a newer car and cut it short to lock in place. Use your regular one to check the oil. You dont want it popping off when your racing, oil and tires dont mix
