There's a guy on the FABO site that a has a huge pile of the distributor o rings (both, never realized that there was 2 of them used to seal a/6 distributor) he had listed for sale over there. Check out "halifaxhops". I got like 3 sets from him a couple of months ago, and recently seen that he still has quite a few.

That's cool, always good to know! Thanks for the tip. Yeah the small one I've been getting buy with just using generic o-rings from the box stores. At first I didn't know they used 2 either because my distributor was missing the large one when I got the car. But when I got my FSM I saw there were 2. That took a lot of hunting as I recall.

I am going to attempt to digitize all of the simple gaskets as time permits.

These are Laser cut on cardstock for test fitting.

If they are good I will post the drawings up soon.

Greg those look nice!

And CNC-Dude sounds like you got the production down!

I know when I looked at the complete engine set I bought, the quality looked good enough to get buy, but it sure didn't stand out as being the best when compared to what they were making for some of the other engines out there.

Does anyone have a cad file of the slant six valve cover gasket, the mechanical cam head, not the hydro head valve cover?
