Hey Lou,

Good stuff! You were also going to bring air cleaner stuff and the two 16" Explorer wheels/tires,... and your kilt! Don't forget the kilt! (It ain't a skirt, 'Zilla!)

I'm looking forward to this!

This is Adam’s email to the team last week. I asked him to “put the beans to it!”

Gentleman.....

I took the Toadracer out for a 90 minute trip around Southern Indiana this afternoon. I gave it many beans... almost all of them I think. You could say there was much beanage.

All systems performed well. The car tracks well, brakes well, accelerates well, and turns well. The only even minor issue to report at this point is that the car does not seem to want to idle well in gear after some hooning. Other than that, it seems good.

I will put the car back on the lift sometime this weekend to replace the split strut bushing and work on the torque strap, as well as a few other minor things.

I feel confident in giving the green light and putting my money down. We all know that anything can happen but I'm as confident as ever.

Your racing compadre ,
Adam
