I've finally found a way to get the grille trimmed to fit the intercooler and looking normal from the outside... only to find I've lost the fasteners that held the grill and headlight rims in place. Does anyone have the specifications for what I need to get them re-installed?

McMaster Carr can be your friend here, substitutions can work out fine. Unless you are after an OE factory correct restoration, then maybe put up a photo of what you are wanting to put together and then someone may have the authentic stuff.

The main problem is I'm not sure what diameter and pitch. I found something for the headlight rims in the bolts drawer, but not the screws at the top of the grille.

Certainly US Standard, nothing exotic. I have used taps as diameter and pitch gauges.

IIRC, most of that stuff is 10-32.

Good idea on the taps. Thanks everyone!

Hopefully ( I would think not) they are not like the '63-'64 Dart - Those Bezels use special fasteners, that if you want them to be like the factory style have a special "knurling" under the fastener head before the threads to keep the headlight bezels in place. I would not even know where to look for them (or what they would be called) at mcMaster-carr if they were in their hardware lineup.

Turns out they are #10 sheet metal screws on both the grille and headlight rims. Got the front end together, finally!
