I take it this is from your truck?
Factory AC or no? Auto or stick?

I believe the ones that were, were also a bit bigger but same engine, same chassis would drop right in.
My 85 has no ac (yet) and a /6, it has a 2 row radiator.
That has no bearing in height or width though.

Assuming this is for the '81 D150 in your sig. The core dimensions you list don't sound right for that model. More like from an A body or something? If it did come out of your truck, could it have been something that was adapted in there before? The slant truck, '80 on, would have a 22-inch width core and slightly over 18 inch core height. Not sure if a slant for that app with A/C would have had something different. The 318 truck from your era used a 26 inch width core and 18 inch height. Of course, it doesn't have the inlet/outlet location where you want it for a slant. The wider V8 one can be had from Champion it seems, not sure if you can make a way to fit it. Change water pump inlet to the 318 type. May be different inlet/outlet sizes to deal with also. The 22 inch core width slant radiator for that application has become very close to impossible to find. I searched very hard, long and very far about 2 years ago and finally found a new old in box aftermarket copper unit by ReddiRad at a yard 100 miles away. I seem to remember that there was a 22 inch width core radiator for some V8 apps that would just involve the foolery with the wrong side and size inlet.

The correct 22 inch core width slant ones are still listed by several imported brands like OSC. Just none available. No matter the brand, they all have 525 in the part number somewhere or just 525. Maybe get a used one and have it recored if you have to?
