Sounds cool. I will be using 2.25" pipes/flanges from the headers to a Y-pipe just behind the trans X-member and 3" out. Will blend the 2.25" flanges/pipes into the header collectors a bit.

Sounds like what I was going to do. The outlets are close together to make the intermediate pipe trivial to get equal length to a merge collector. The longer the intermediate pipe the more torque produced. At least that is what I experienced with Dutra duals.

Hmm, found the rods/pistons for the Dart's engine. Cleverly hidden in a box marked "Dart 225 engine parts".

Yeah, I have a box of 23 rods with pistons of various over sizes for a forged crank. Kinda of useless for a cast crank engine. I also have 2 forged blocks that may be candidates for a 3.5" piston. Time will tell and that will be a future project.
