Honestly I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the thread job. If I was to guess it looks like the pilot hole was a bit too big and there was too much back pressure when extracting the tap. I'll be boring mine out and installing locking helicoils.

HOWEVER... Thank you for the work in getting this done and it was hands down much better to buy a "figured" out piece that having to power through it on my own.
