Now that I have the Offy 4 barrel installed, it's time to let this one go.

This manifold is a factory cast iron manifold that I modified to run a Motorcraft 2150. Other two barrels will fit too.
The carb flange is 1/2" steel plate, attached by a welder friend of mine using the appropriate materials and processes.
Also included is the EGR block-off plate with 3/8" barb fitting for PCV connection

The front, outboard carb flange extension (carb mount bolt) dips down slightly. I think maybe a little warpage from welding. I ran a thick, squishy gasket and had good results with the seal.
I'm asking $100 plus shipping from 73075
Thanks for looking

That looks like a really nice conversion on that intake. Only thing I can't tell is whether the correct angle (tips the carb forward a few degrees because the engine slants rearward a few degrees) was maintained when the original carb mount was replaced with this what we see here.

Never heard of "TEN MAX", either!

Was the 10 max a factory stamping?

Maybe it refers to the torque value?

Thanks guys. TEN MAX is unheard of because it's the only one! :D

I knew it was important to maintain that angle so I did my best to do so while shaping the flat spot for the new flange. Here you can see the 2' level on the floor aligned on all the tips of the intake runners. the magnetic torpedo level is attached across the carb flange.

This is a progress shot taken when I reached a level of sufficient dimension for allowing the new flange to fit properly. You can see on the right where the leveling got into the cast-in text on the number 1 runner.

Rather than have part of the text be illegible, I began erasing them then I had the idea to leave a few selected characters.

"do not overtighTEN manifold nuts 10-ft lb MAXimum"

A+! Whoever buys this will have a very fine intake.

That manifold looks identical to the one I currently run on my 66 Valiant 170 race car, except mine doesn't have the EGR. I built it in 1976. It will work fine, and in my opinion is at a good price.

That’s cool! 8)

If I weren’t doing such a great job of resisting my temptation for Slant 6 related hoarding, I would add it to my embarrassingly large collection of Slant 6 intakes…

Tell you what. I'll buy it and trade you for a 3 Webber 2bbl manifold. That way you won't gain any parts. :) :)
