Hi guys. Here's photos of my 60 Valiant V200 Station Wagon right after she got out of the body shop. The paint is gleaming and she shore looks nice! Whitewalls need scrubbin' though. Enjoy the photos. Next up is to finish her interior and then she'll be pretty close to finished. Here's a link to the photos:

Valiant ... finished ... I don't understand. The words just don't go together, do they?

Seriously, nice ride!

I'm 40 years old and have had over a dozen Slants. A little over 6 years ago a prominent member of the Mopar community took advantage of me in a very vulnerable situation. I had a '70 Duster and '71 Demon. The Duster had mega hours and upgrades, new performance tires, etc. Both cars were filled floor boards to dome light with new parts, reconditioned parts, rare parts, and common parts that were in good shape. This SOB gave me $400 for the pair, and there wasn't a thing I could do about it! (I had lost storage and was a day away from the junk yard getting them for free.)

I haven't had a Slant since. I just don't have the heart to do all that over again after having it "stolen" from me the first time. I still work on/with the Slants, but for other people.

You have one of the few cars I would ever consider getting back into Slants with. I absolutely love the looks, and I love what you've done with it. My hat is off to you. Best of luck with it.

Mike

Love the car. Really love the "skirts". Hate the fact that when I try to look at the pictures, Yahoo tries to down load spyware to my computer. Good thing I have a spyware blocker.
